Tuesday morning we left our apartment at 8am to start what we knew would be a busy day. First, we dropped off a huge whiteboard to the YSA Elders for their wall/planning and to inspect their apartment. We had to put our backrests all the way horizontal and sit up straight to make sure the board could make it into the minivan. After, we made the hour drive down even more south to Temple (“Temple Trip!” We wish….) to clean out some Elders apartment (whose area was closed down last transfer). We then went to the Temple District Meeting and had some awesome trainings on consecration.
It was really cool to be able to be down there because with such a huge zone, we probably see the furthermost Elders and Sisters about 1-2 times a transfer. After, we had lunch and talked to the Belton Elders (District Leader for the Temple District) about the exchange we were going to go on that afternoon to the following afternoon. When we were finished, we continued moving things out of the Elders apartment and enlisted the Killeen Zoneleaders to come out to help (They have a truck, we have a minivan. You bet they were jealous of our moving capacity!).
We were loading some furniture into the truck and went for the last of it inside. The door was locked! We quickly realized that I left it at the Belton Elders Apartment back in Belton. So we tried everything – asking for the apartment office for another one, checking the car, and even asking the elderly lady downstairs if we could stand on her outside table to try to get in the window upstairs…But nothing worked, so we had to drive back to Belton and let everyone leave and we finished the rest on our own. The Killeen ZLs were actually on exchange with the APs, so we had Elder Tanner (AP) with us. At one point as were were working, Elder Tanner told us that he had something to tell us “on exchange tomorrow.” I felt my face go pale and I pulled Elder Judy aside and said, “Are we going on exchange with the APs tomorrow?!” And he was like, “I know nothing about that!” We later find out that they had left a voicemail on our phone, but 2 weeks ago there was a password put on our voicemail so we couldnt check any of them! So we scrambled and made arrangements to cancel our exchange with Belton and go on one exchange with the APs.
PHEW! that wasnt even all of it!
It was definitely the most stressful day of my life! We even had to
cancel appointments last moment.

We had some great rain storms and had some fun contacting people.
Christina is so ready for baptism after the 2nd meeting! very prepared before hand.
We met with a Recent Converts Mom Gina and she has been coming to church and super excited to learn. She asked us how to gain a greater desire and we told her about the seed grown in Alma.
